Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Q: Estimated shipping times?

North America: 5-7 business days

A: I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Q: What’s your policy on refunds & exchanges?

A: My policy is on a case-to-case basis. However, generally I don't accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me for a resolution! 

Q: I would like to buy from your shop, but I’m in the UK. What can I do?
